He has worked within addiction treatment, supporting individuals and organisations in navigating complex change and development. His work focuses on leadership, supervision and organisational development, with a particular interest in how people and organisations function, make decisions and evolve over time in demanding environments.
In addition to his professional work in Sweden, Anders has over 10 years of hands-on entrepreneurial experience running restaurant and hospitality businesses in Kerala, India. This has given him a deep understanding of leadership, decision-making and organisational development in practice, particularly in cross-cultural contexts.
His combined experience from both social services and international business environments brings a grounded and practical perspective to leadership and organisational development.
